Mal eine Frage an die, die das #activitypub Plugin schon länger verwenden und an @pfefferle
Wie geht ihr denn mit verwaisten Kommentarantworten um?
Die Kommentare aus dem Fediverse werden nach einer Weile manuell oder automatisch gelöscht und eure Antworten darauf stehen dann alleine da ohne Bezug. Das wirkt komisch.
Wirklich monitoren kann man das nicht, zumindest fällt mir dafür nichts ein.

Jetzt auch im Fediverse föderiert: Die Kultur- und Begegnungstätte Hamburger Tor in der #StadtWorms. Relativ simpel: Man installiert dazu das Wordpress-Plugin ActivityPub und das Wordpress-Pllugin Webfinger. Im #ActivityPubPlugin konfiguriert man, ob Autoren oder das ganze Blog als Handle sichtbar werden und welche Inhaltstypen geteilt werden.

We are trying to imagine how digital repositories (museum collections on the web) could establish a mediated dialogue with decentralized social networks, by stitching with #wordpressplugins.

A question for people who use the #Wordpress #ActivityPubPlugin on self-hosted blogs: is there a way to block certain instances? I don't want my posts to federate to the bad place.
Question: What are the drive-space consequences when turning on ActivityPub on Self-Hosted Wordpress sites?
Will it fill up the shared webhosting account's allotted hard/ssd-drive space when following some fixed or approximate number of active accounts?

And nowwwww my wordpress.org site @kostyn.ca is struggling to federate and I can't figure out why... I also tried to use Webfinger for the first time to see if that would help, but it seems to have generated this weird stray account @application from my domain that I don't know what to do with. Help !
Wieder gab es diesen Fehler mit der Ausgabe von Seiten durch das #ActivityPubPlugin. Es soll wohl am Caching-Plug-in liegen, aber das habe ich schon gewechselt. 😟
