I just finished up Orcs & Elves on the #NintendoDS (via the #AynThor).
Man, I really enjoyed this one. It's by Id Software and is a kind of 1st person turn-based dungeon crawler, but with restricted movement like the old Dungeon Master games.
It felt incredibly old school and incredibly western, the kind of thing you might find on a PC in the mid-90s.
It was pretty simple, not too challenging on normal, and was over in a perfectly appropriate 5 hours!
I loved it!

So what's the meaningful difference in the different models of the Ayn Thor? Reviewers have the wonderful tendency to talk about the CPU model differences, but not what those differences entail for the end user.
Can the Base model play Switch emulation? Is the Max model overkill? Is the Lite model not useful for anything practical?

As long as you get one that has the SM8550 CPU you can install linuxloader to boot off the SDcard into anything which as Moon already stated Rocknix is a pretty popular mainline distribution and already takes advantage of a lot of the hardware of the #AynThor.

I am so glad I got my #AynThor when I did the order count has seemed to get pretty high as of late. Taking longer to ship my second one for my kids Christmas gift than it did my inital one.
