i tried online gaming again and after 10h of playing sky I must say: I like the game but the reminder that i need somebody's help in a game where I feel alone does not help at all...

Anyone ever think about how dystopian it is that #adhd is literally named for two of the symptoms that are the most socially unacceptable? The stuff that causes authority figures the most inconvenience?
Or how crazy it is to have hyperfixation & adhd paralysis ruin your functionality, seek help, only be told by professionals that you’re clinically Attention Deficient, and Hyper Active.
I mean…??? where do you go from there

有时候会忍不住想为什么别人可以而我不可以。小时候是盯着结果去想，然后开始反思自己的不足。这个过程很折磨人也很伤害自尊心，因为问题的指向就是要否定自己。长大了，我在一群比我厉害的人的围绕下，清楚看到了自己真的是太不努力了。不努力到能气死人。当然这是表面上看。我的内心其实一直是希望可以像他们一样一直奔跑在追逐梦想的路上，但是我真的跑不动哇……我不执着于结果了，我只恨自己力不从心……#adhdrant
