This weekend I pulled out the Buddipole and did 20m, since it's so amazingly nice out! 44℉ (7℃)

Managed to log 58 contacts all weekend, which is one of my best yet!

This weekend was interesting on the #6m band. #6meters was very strange this morning, a pretty much fiber-optic quality path right into Florida Every contact I had was a 59+. Also had a really good time last night on #20m getting a bunch of #POTA contacts.

A map of the U.S. with little markers of where I made amateur radio contacts this weekend. The yellow ones are where the 6 meter band (50 mhz) and was open. The blue markers are 20 meter band (14 mhz).

I'm interested in erecting a #20meter #4square #VerticalPhasedAntennaArray for #HamRadio but haven't found anyone who makes one. Probably have to build it myself.

So far, my searches of the web haven't turned up anything. I get the reason is a 20m yagi is reasonable for most, but I'm disallowed a tower. But I've enough space on ground for phased verticals.

Any of my fellow #FediHams know of one?
