These didn’t actually break our code of conduct (https://toot.wales/about) as they
1) Used a clear Content Warning (CW)
2) Marked the media as sensitive.
The user inadvertently saw the content due to their settings
You can check your settings by going to the "Sensitive Media" section in your preferences & make sure the “Hide media marked as sensitive” option is checked & not "Always show media"
