Spätzle sind Eierteigwaren mit rauer Oberfläche. Hier ist die längliche Form gemeint.

Farfalle sind kleine Schleifchen oder Schmetterlinge. Man startet mit einem rechteckigen Stück Teig, die kurzen Kanten sind zackig abgeschnitten, die langen glatt. Dann drückt man die langen Seiten in der Mitte zusammen, so dass ein Schleifchen entsteht.
