Assisted the Butte #PrescribedBurn Association with some piles near Berry Creek yesterday. This land was burned in the North Complex, so we helped down some trees, clear brush and burned. Big thanks to the Butte County Resource Conservation District for organizing and the #Fire & #Music Project for performing.

Today we are in #KingCity, California for an initial site visit of the #Salinas riverbed and San Lorenzo Creek where we are collaborating on a #Wildfire Prevention Plan with EMC Planning. We met with reps from the City, the #MontereyCounty RCD and #CALFIRE to discuss vegetation and mitigation projects that will help city officials achieve their goals.
