Decided to go on a quick social media vacation for two weeks.

But, you know what today is, time to get back to work.

Tag 0 ist gut überstanden.
Nicht heroisch.
Aber ehrlich.

Der Vormittag war anstrengend,
so ein zäher Gang durch eigene Trümmer.
Und trotzdem:
es lief gut.
Besser, als es sich vorher angefühlt hat.

Ich hab funktioniert,
ohne mich dabei komplett zu verlieren.
Das zählt.

Nach dem Essen kam die Müdigkeit.
Nicht mal als Überraschung.
Eher wie ein Gesetz.
Körper sagt: „Jetzt.“
Und ich hab nicht diskutiert.

Ich hab mich hingelegt.
Eine Runde geschlafen.
Wie ein kurzer Stromausfall,
der kein Drama macht,
sondern repariert.

Und jetzt…
da ist das:
Licht am Horizont.

Nicht dieses kitschige,
nicht „alles wird gut“.
Eher ein schmaler Streifen,
der beweist:
Es gibt noch Richtung.

Es lief besser als erwartet.
Und das ist gefährlich schön,
weil Hoffnung sofort laut werden will.

Ich lass sie leise.
So leise, dass sie bleibt.

Tag 0.
Geschafft.
Morgen ist noch nicht dran.
Heute reicht.

#backtowork is hard

First day back at work, and it's time to do the dummy run of our trade show stand in the wee upstairs studio. It's always a good idea to do this as it makes sure we have everything we need and it all fits! (Yes - that is speaking from experience). It doesn't look like much now, but it'll polish up nicely when it's all down in Glasgow later on this month.
