#Schalotten anbraten, #Pilze dazu + braten. #Balsamico #Sojasauce #Knoblauch #Pfeffer + viel #Misopaste dazugeben, dann etwas von dem Nudelwasser. Köcheln lassen + nach + nach eiskalte #Butter zugeben, bis die #Sauce emulgiert. Die #Pasta + #Babyspinat dazugeben. Kurz erhitzen. Mit #Togarashi bestreuen + mit #Limette garnieren.

Dazu gibt es #Salat aus #Grapefruit + #Chicoree mit #Sumach

Werde weiterhin toll bekocht, da es mir noch immer schräg (alles im Rahmen/normal nach so ner OP) geht. Die Pasta-Quote ist recht hoch - aber wer beschwert sich da? Das Rezept für dieses Basis-Pastasauce findet ihr im Foodblog. Kann individuell angepasst werden (vegan/vegetarisch/omnivor & Gemüsevorlieben). Bei uns kommt wieder immer gerne die Kombination Aubergine-Tomate zum Einsatz, hier heute in Kombination mit Rinderhackfleisch.
