Es ist wunderschön zu spüren, dass mein Körper wieder auftaut. Auf meiner #mecfs Heilungsreise bin ich heute 60 km durch die Camargue Rad gefahren.
Nur mittags hat mein Nervensystem reagiert. Aber nach einer Stärkung konnte ich weiter fahren.
Im ständigen Kontakt mit meinem Körper zu sein ohne übermäßig empfindlich zu reagieren, scheint sich auszuzahlen. Morgen geht’s ans Meer.
Im Mai war ich fast bettlägerig.

Weiße Pferde unter einem Baum an einem Fluss in der Camargue

Meine Heilungsreise von #mecfs durch die Provence läuft gut, nachdem sie holprig gestartet ist. Heute habe ich schon 25 km mit dem Fahrrad geschafft und noch ca 12 liegen vor mir.
Gestern gab es einen „Symptomsturm“. Ich glaube, mein Nervensystem wollte mich prüfen, ob ich das hier ernst meine.
Dank der Tools aus der Pain Reprocessing Therapy ist heute alles wieder gut.
Wer wissen will, wie ich von bettlägerig bis hierher gekommen bin: PN.
