Scaling to avoid putting unneeded pressure on my knee. Which means not doing squats, explosive things, ... which sucks. But bodies.

First part was strength - strict press.

4x 3 strict presses at 65% of 1RM, or about 10% more as last time. I ended at 35kg.

The #wod was tne "Open 21.3" - but modified for me.

I dislike my left knee at the moment. Swollen for no good reasons, it brings back too many bad memories of years of hip-problems.

First part was #Gymnastics: Pull-Ups

5 rounds, for time. Time cap 16'

* 15 kcal Bike Erg
* 12 V-Ups
* 9 Dumbbell Bench Presses with 2x15kg.

Finished in 13'48". I couldn't put any power whatsoever on the bike, with my left knee. Other options were rowing (worse) or ski (taken)

I failed in the 2nd power snatches, did 4 and then the 6' was over.

Not a good #wod for me, frustrating as hell. Right elbow and shoulder being a pain.

First time ever doing a #wod and running. It felt ok, no weird feelings or anything! It was inside on the grass carpet, which is more dampening than the concrete outside, and shuttle runs instead of the normal 200m run.

(I prefer my PB and J on a sourdough waffle, but hey)

I alternated GHD and V-Ups with someone in the box.
