What's interesting is the legal agency cant act on behalf of Network18 as the contract has expired. This is from their authorization letter.

IIRC, I've only tried/considered counternotices with Internet Archive and Wikimedia, where I can trust the process. Still, for an EU person it's not a small step to consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in California, even when I'm absolutely certain something is PD.
