@annajfinley this has been my concern with requiring but it makes making it "optional" hard too unless you are very careful with signaling the default expectations... (and even then, if I was one of these students and was unsure, I just wouldn't apply.)

There has been lots of chatter about #GRExit lately and whether or not programs should require the GRE. Our department is trying to figure out our GRE policy, so I compiled the requirements in psychology for the 65 Association of American Universities.
