@nina_kali_nina The monitor syncs to 15Khz so that's how I get around that. If you have one that's a standard 31Khz only, you'd need an upscaler

@dwardoric @chrisgervais I started out on what was left of an Indus GT drive.. it didn't work well and it overheated a lot. I finally also got a 1541-II, a 1581 and then a CMD-HD.

My cat MOS has been complaining about going outside for the last few days. No matter how much I tried to reason with him that -5F and snow wouldn't be much fun, he still persisted. Now that it's warmed up a bit, I gave him the chance. He didn't like it.

I use Electropaint 128 2.0 on to do my C128 80 column screen editing, but it hsa some issues occasionally where the memory gets corrupted. Looked for a newer version and came across this https://github.com/xahmol/VDCScreenEdit ... I haven't tried it out yet but anyone supporting the 128's VDC mode needs a callout #commodore #c128 #retrocomputing #bbs

@HunterZ It's a port. The original source is available online - downloaded it and converted it and am making it a bit more 'friendly', colorful, and such. The fun part will be getting it to work with the BBS but that's a problem for later.
