@johnefrancis so many avenues for their conspiracy and grievance-laden tripe now, it must be hard to keep up.
An Ottawa-based Ross who is inspired by people who have interests and pursue them.
Physics degreed, engineering careered. Enthusiastic about makerism, science, food, culture and art/design. Inordinately fond of breadmaking and chair design.

@mayintoronto I spent the early part of my career in semiconductor devices. A lot of design still happens in corners of the country though the fabs aren't here anymore. But we did have a fab in Ottawa in the 80s and into the 90s, which was interesting to be involved with. So expensive to keep it evolving in step with the state of the art though.
@johnefrancis not local of course, but glad those names are being crossed out.
@johnefrancis @shawnhooper that's probably it. Hopefully they aren't easily replaced.
@johnefrancis oh weird, I thought he'd died just a couple of years ago… must've been some other similar crap local right-wing radio guy that bit it? Indeed, not a voice that was doing anything good or positive on our airwaves.
@ottaross Starting with the novel Frankenstein. #Monsterdon
It's a bit of a trope, isn't it? The little girl wandering past, and interacting with, the monster at his most lethal moment?
We've seen that in earlier main-character-becomes-villain movies. I'll be watching for that scene in future features.
@Violinknitter Linda was playing the long game. She picked up the revolver in the first scene, just biding her time.
That's right, they totally ditched the discount Rod Serling narrator from the start of the movie.
His contract ran out quicker than I expected.
Next week: 4D Man goes to College
The message from tonight's #Monsterdon is don't look to the knobs to give you what you need.
The knobs never deliver. It's within yourself that you'll find your powers, not the knobs. Not the knobs.
One has to ask, if Tony hadn't Jolene'd his brother Scott, would he have turned into the monster he did?
I think Tony is the culprit here. He couldn't hold back his babe-winning ways.
Boom sudden ending… AND a question mark! Classic.
Linda was packin heat the whole time!?
"Sam, champagne… and brandy. Make it a brandagne. And bring the bottle."
Another four dimensions, and we'll be all ready for Buckaroo Banzai
