A COVID outbreak has been declared at South Muskoka Memorial Hospitals' North Wing. The unit is under respiratory outbreak rules: one essential caregiver per patient, and masks/PPE required until outbreak is cleared.

If you're still wearing procedure masksĀ¹ you'd be willing to swap for respiratorsĀ² that you can't afford or otherwise access, I'll buy a bunch of them from you for what you paid AND I'll make sure you get an equal number of respirators for the low, low price of $0.

Folks are starting to decorate for Christmas/Winter, so a reminder: donāt wrap anything around hand rails or banisters. This is an easy way for people to get hurt and it really hinders disabled people. š

I helped organize a masked dance party fundraiser for Gaza and I met some folks who came out for the first time in four years because of the precautions making it safe enough for them. I'll remember that impact for the rest of my life. We *can* make things accessible!
