@datarama I relate to some aspects of this! I dunno how much space/time/enthusiasm you have for those personal overengineered programming projects these days but I know there are tons of people out there working away on similar things that would probably love to geek out about that stuff. Maybe you could affiliate with a local maker space or something to find other nerds / makers who might share your enthusiasm?
