Spotted this little cutie while sitting on the deck enjoying the gentle rain yesterday.
A few blooms from a damp woodland walk. All the yellows - wild daffodils, primroses, opposite-leaved golden saxifrage (I think!) and a splash of violet.

@catselbow It's really such a pretty little nook--always a quiet, rushing landscape of lichens and mosses in the midst of much high desert scruffiness. It's one of my primary local escapes (and regularly home to a pair of kingfishers to boot).
@catselbow I am surprised and pleased by how well the LE worked on my phone. I've always wanted to try to capture these little falls this way.

I have finished my first quilt! Well, nearly! There's still a bit of hand finishing to go but since the sun might set before I have that done, I took photos now.
Here it is in situ, the only place it will fit dimensions wise. 😄 There's a bunch of things I'd do differently now that I know, but all in all a decent end result?
