The DS Pico by LNH Team is such a breath of fresh air for the DS/i Homebrew scene. I'm getting a batch of a modified USB-C version finished up, and have gone ahead and opened up pre-orders for the available cartridges from first batch.

I'd love to keep these around if the demand is there. As these become more readily available, it'll be fun to see more and more ways the community finds to take advantage of the hardware!
I often end up with spare labels when doing test batches or personal projects. I'd like to start giving away some that would otherwise end up sitting around unused.
For the moment, if you specifically are interested in a replacement label for Pokémon Sapphire Version then DM me and I'll get one sent your way!
I'll post others here as I sort through previous batches, and generally will be posting more in 2026 on Mastodon-first basis.
Here's one of my favorite label designs from this past year. It's a simple layout, but the end result is better than I could have hoped for.
I really can't understate the importance of defending freedom of expression. The retro, and gaming community at large, should not sit back and let a few executives govern the type of content you create. Reach out to the platforms who have made these changes and make your voices heard.

Hey ya'll, sorry if replies have been slow with messages and emails! There was a minor case of major flooding at the office Thursday morning, and it's been a LOT more time consuming dealing with the aftermath than expected.
I'm working through the weekend to make sure that things are sorted out as quickly as possible, and I fully expect to have orders going out again on-schedule starting Monday! :blobcat:

It's not just an impressive technical feat, the writing is great and the art is some of the best you'll ever find on the Gameboy/Color. It's been a staple of my retro "Go-Bag" that I will always recommend.

On that note, I'd like to dedicate some of the first posts on this account to the projects and people that have had the most profound impact on the hobbies I enjoy.
Starting with GBStudio. The people who have dedicated their time, energy, and knowledge to developing it cannot be thanked enough. Of all the indie devs I've worked with, the vast majority used GBS to make their GB games become a reality. I highly recommend trying it out, regardless of game development experience.

I've not been an active social media user for hobby or business purposes much over the last decade. However, Mastodon, and the larger federated social web, is a concept I feel is more important now than ever and will only continue to become more so.
As enthusiasts have taken care to preserve and expand the software and hardware of aging consoles and computers through open and accessible projects, we should also make sure to not allow that work to be controlled by closed platforms any longer.
