@neilgmacy Way too many blue icons on Mac in general, I find. I often get mixed up between a bunch of icons that are primarily blue. Not enough variety these days, for sure.

All eagle babies seem to hit a point where they just love to hang their heads over the side of the nest and watch what's happening out in the world before they're big enough to go explore it for themselves. The siblings in the winter park nest live stream have started taking naps with their heads over the side lately, but the big one (the darker brown one in this photo) especially loves to hang so much of its body over the edge that I keep worrying it'll tip over and fall right out one day :/

The chick in the SWFL bald eagle nest is getting very curious about the camera. Its mum does this same thing sometimes, so I guess the camera is very noticeable.

I don't expect my labour to be replaced by LLMs in the same way prefab houses didn't replace carpenters, and thermomix didn't replace bakers. I'm not mourning that there's no reason to write code any more, because that's not true. I'm more concerned about how LLMs feed the narrative that we *can* be replaced, pushed by a capitalist system that seeks to capture ever more profits by further diminishing workers. The technology is new but the tactics are not. It's all capitalism, baby. We gotta burn it down

@wynlim I feel this also! Keeping notes about what I'm working on, why I did certain things, how I fixed a bug, etc. is really useful to future me, but feels like a hassle to do at the time 😆
