I really like how my Iguana TAG for #InfinityTheGame turned out.

It's a very quick paint job. Dark brown basecoat, applied some khaki with a sponge, bone white drybrush. Then did the arms with grey contrast paint on top.

Pictures of dudes with mining uniforms and power tools stood on Alien inspired bases. They all have a weird mottled pattern on their backs, heada and shoulders. Probably some Alien gene caused dandruff or eczema. That's what you get for messing with genes

Last few nights have been some great inspiration for getting painting done. (I blame dubbed Dragonball Z Kai being great background noise)

While I know I should be focusing on Warmachine for upcoming games, I can’t deny that occasional need to paint a beautifully designed GeeDub mini.

(Also just wrapped up the saiyan saga. Off to Namek we go!)

A work in progress paint job of a Chaos Space Marines Obliterator from Warhammer 40K. This unfortunate chap has spent just a wee bit too long in the warp, and as a result his body has erupted in a Cronenburgian mass of flesh, ravaged armor plates, and high powered weaponry~ His paint scheme indicates that he hails from the Word Bearers legion.

Megan got a Kalax unit for their bedroom and wanted a Skadis door, but Ikea no longer sell them, so what we did was print out a couple of bits in PETG that she could attach a proper Skadis board to the side with

@Gazimoff I have installed Bazzite on my gaming PC. It is an 'atomic' distro which means it has a stable OS state that you can't make permanent changes in. And most things so work OOTB or with simple tweaks. I'm impressed. (but I guess there will be games that won't work. Thinking of things that have hardcore anticheats etc)

We've come so far. I remember when wine-nine came out, which was a set of patches for Wine which made it so we were finally able to play DX9 games on Linux. You had to compile it yourself. That was a huge breakthrough. Then, official Linux ports of games became more common, for example Sega has been doing this quite a lot. (Not always the best kind of implementations). Now Valve's push for Linux on the steam deck is the final boost it needed to become a real first class citizen.

This part of the future's not so bad.

So, this is my most Metal painting project to date, cause the inception of this project happened at Wacken Open Air 2025. I was seeing this band I refrain to name now when I thought I would get a Novitiates Team, paint them like them and ambient them at Wacken.
