Soeben ist im #Bundestag die Anhörung zur Nachschärfung des #Lobbyregister​s zu Ende gegangen. Auch wir waren dabei und hatten einiges zum Gesetzentwurf zu sagen: Viel Gutes, aber auch Kritik an wichtigen Punkten. So fehlt weiterhin ein Vorschlag zur #Lobbyfußspur für Gesetze.

Die #Lobbyfußspur hat die Ampel in ihrem Koalitionsvertrag versprochen. Sie ist eine wichtige Ergänzung zum #Lobbyregister und soll den tatsächlichen Einfluss von Lobbyist:innen auf Gesetze sichtbar machen.

Das #Lobbyregister an sich wird mit dem neuen Gesetz deutlich besser werden und neue Standards setzen. Wir erfahren künftig viel mehr darüber, wer in wessen Auftrag wie auf welche Gesetze Einfluss nehmen will.

Im Detail gibt es nun dennoch in den nächsten Wochen bis zur finalen Abstimmung im #Bundestag noch einiges zu tun für die Ampel. Was genau, lässt sich in unserer Stellungnahme nachlesen.
