This pattern is my second published shawl, the Long Cuddle Shawl. It uses a slip stitch pattern that creates and extra dense and squishy fabric which, it turns out, is also extra warm. Absolutely perfect for cuddling into on cold days.

Because it’s so squishy, it uses 3 skeins of yarn. The sample was knit in a silk/merino combo from Mountain Colors Yarn.

Andrea is proudly holding her Long Cuddle Shawl up in a forested area. Held at either end, you can see the shawl’s gradient move from blue to light blue to grey and back.Domovoy, our wood carved house spirit and protector, is poking out from the Long Cuddle shawl.The Long Cuddle Shawl is hanging from a tree, close enough that you can see the slip stitched texture of the fabric.
