@bkastl Weiss nicht. Zertifikatsbasierte Authentifizierung haben sie vor einiger Zeit als unsichere Methode qualifiziert und als Anmeldemethode deaktiviert. Jetzt kommt es im unsäglichen Gewand der Passkeys zurück. Vermutlich, weil es dort so schwer gemacht wird, als Benutzer die Kontrolle über die Schlüssel zu behalten.

And to this day, lots of software that supports Linux but not officially FreeBSD (looking at you JetBrains and Sublime) only “work”with shims.

FreeBSD 15 fixes this with a native implementation 😂
