How wonderful❣ After a decade, I imagine you've developed a certain Flair with it that's uniquely You😉
If you don't mind my asking ~ Do you engage in it mainly as a personal creative outlet; utilize it in some way in business for profit Etc? I've often thought it would be fun AND profitable to compose wedding/milestone wedding anniversary invitations (25+ years), graduation announcements Etc, in the classic style of calligraphy.

Governments; organized religion (Christians included too); commerce ~ to name a few, are showing their True colors more than ever Now. Anyone can say they believe this or that but its by Actions that an individual/organization shows its authenticity.
I think you speak w/Real conviction as to how corrupt the world @ large has become; you're truly repulsed by people like this who seem to "get away" w/wrongdoing. I invite you to read Psalms 73 in the bible, if compelled.

ANY evildoer's escape from accountability is like a wobbly House Of Cards ~ you can run, but you can't hide from God indefinitely. There is culpability for the unrepentant before His judgment throne as the bible consistently teaches😉

Perhaps I misunderstood your comment about the wrench in the gears. I'm commenting that satan is behind the consequences of Not being fully brought to light, as to wrongdoing in the world. He is holding the wrench & manipulating the gears as it were, to: Keep the world's wrongdoing going/the consequences of wrongdoing from being fully exposed.
So, please clarify what you mean about assaulting & being in prison.
