@adhd_coffee I really like the graphic. But I have the feeling someone is currently discovering emotional layering and their sequence. Through self-observation, you can learn to trace layered emotions all the way back to the initial feeling! It takes a lot of self-awareness and time, but it's fascinating! PS: Anger can also be an initial feeling, but often it's the result of shame or helplessness. Every human operates with chains of emotions. Not just those with #neurodiversity #autism or #adhd
