Der Inhalt hätte sicher auf eine Seite gepasst. Das ist vor allem viel Marketinggeschwätz/heiße Luft und voller Allgemeinplätze.
Beim Thema Mobilität/Verkehr stellt es alles zur Disposition, was die Stadt an Strategien und Konzepten für modernes Vekehrssystem je verbschiedet hat.
Schai dir die Bilder an. Ist die Hauswand mehr als 20m vom Fahrbahnrand entfernt? Sie holen sie von der Wand weg und stellen sie auf dem Radweg ab.
Und sie dürfen die Tonnen eben nicht dauerhaft auf dem Radweg stehen lassen. Das ist vom §35 StVO nicht gedeckt!
Hier stehen auf reg. die Werstofftonnen, weil #PreZero das genau so handhaben. Ich hsbe so das Gefühl, dass sich die kommunalen Betriebe, immer mehr an den privatwirtschaftlichen orientieren. Und das auch bei den negativen Verhaltensweisen.
So wie #DHL immer mehe wie Amazon fährt.

In #Magdeburg werden die Wege im Rotehornpark, die eine so genannte wassergeschlämmte Decke haben, mit einem Schild geräumt. Das ist das #Ergebnis @Ottostadt.
Für mich sind das raus geschmissene Arbeitsstunden!

Halten wir mal fest. Für solche und ähnliche #Lieferungen, fahren #Paketdienstleister täglich von Haustür zu Haustür und begehen dabei, breit toleriert ("die machen ja nur ihren Job, die armen Jungs"), täglich Verstöße im #Straßenverkehr.

BREAKING: #ICE agents have, once again, trampled the 4th Amendment… illegally breaking down a door and storming into another family home with assault rifles drawn, while children were inside, detaining 6 people, including a 12-year-old boy, without a warrant.
And it gets worse.
On Thursday, ICE raided a home in St. Paul, #Minnesota, telling residents this was part of a narcotics investigation… not #immigration. But neighbors are saying that’s BS.
A neighbor who had his outdoor camera rolling, says someone delivered a package to the house just minutes before the raid. According to the video, federal agents told the residents there were drugs inside, and if no one claimed the package, they’d take everyone in the house. Not suspicious at all…
And the agents also had no warrant…
After smashing the door, ICE claimed they had a search warrant, but never showed it… even after being asked to see it. They searched every room with rifles drawn, handcuffed all residents, including the 12-year-old boy, and paraded them down the street. Every adult had a valid work permit and state ID, but, agents only left a woman and her infant behind.
And here’s the kicker:
Even though ICE said this was about drugs, not immigration, they still took the 12-year-old boy, transporting him to an immigration center in San Antonio, Texas in less than 24 hours.
And, to make this all even more illegal… A warrant was dropped off THE NEXT DAY, claiming to be from a state court, but:
• It doesn’t match official Ramsey County #warrant formats
• Has no case number or file stamp
• No record of filing exists (though filing can sometimes be delayed)
So, the questions become:
Did ICE falsify a warrant after illegally entering the home? Did they plant drugs to justify this raid? And most importantly… what did #DHS do with a 12-year-old boy they weren’t supposed to touch?
This isn’t law enforcement. This is federal #kidnapping, #trafficking, intimidation, and #terror.
A government agency stormed a home, handcuffed children, and transported a minor across state lines… all without a real warrant at the time of the arrest, or any legal justification.
If this can happen to one family in broad daylight, it can happen to anyone.
The #Constitution, your rights, and your #children mean nothing to them.
